Office Cleaning Checklist & Protocol
As we slowly plan returning to the office or workspace, we have new considerations about the equipment and surfaces around us, with hygiene and safety front of mind now more than ever. With this new focus on disinfecting, not just cleaning, we’ve created this checklist that will help you collect the right materials for your office’s everyday cleaning routine, establish a diligent disinfecting plan and put it into practice in your office.
Once you are back in the office and have had your workspace thoroughly disinfected by a professional disinfecting company, office cleaning practices come down to the same crucial tenets: the right equipment, products and thorough and thoughtful planning.

Using the above checklist will help you keep your facility and workspaces clean as you return to your office. To stop the spread of coronavirus in the workspace, you want to make sure that prior to heading back, your office is thoroughly disinfected. Using a specialist that can provide both electrostatic spraying & fogging will ensure that any lingering germs of viruses in your office are eliminated prior to employees coming back. Although this checklist and advised protocol will limit your exposure to the risk, it is recommended to use this as your daily cleaning planner. However it may not be as effective for an initial disinfection as bringing in a professional company. You’ll need to consider the role effective disinfecting will play and what effective cleaning may look like before reopening your office.
